I've setup my JIRA instance to allow anonymous browsing of Projects and issues
as well as anonymous access to the version control information.

However, the JIRA issue keys listed in my changes aren't links.

If I change the configuration to have my username and password in there,
everything works great.

Is there some permission besides Browse Projects that this plugin needs to be
able to do the linking?

I haven't been able to find any log messages at all in the Hudson log.
