Is it possible to send a mail when some KPI is out of spec.
For example, when CPU loading more than 80%, queued job is more than 5, or memory is 90%, etc. The system sends email or any alert.

This is currently not available in the plugin.
And this is the same enhancement request as this one in javamelody:

with just one more KPI, specific to Jenkins (queued jobs).

Note that 5 queued jobs is not an alert for all Jenkins servers. For example, there are 18 queued jobs on builds.apache.org at the moment.

Thanks, 5 queued jobs is just an example. Of course, it's not an alert for all Jenkins servers.
