We're using a repository layout with a main folder for every project. This main
folder contains global stuff (like a a central build.xml or global properties)
and folders for every sub-module of this project.

To checkout the global stuff from the main folder only (without checking out the
contained sub-modules) we need support for SVN's option "-N [--non-recursive]"
for the job config's subversion modules.
