Acceptance criteria:
Given I'm Jenkins user, when I click on a Jenkins job that build Github pull requests, I should see a option on the left side "Git hub API pull log", when I click on this option, I should see a log of recent API pull attempts.

All pulling jenkins plugins (git plugin, svn plugin, etc) show a "Pull log" in the UI, so anyone can easily figure out any issues related to pulling: are there any errors, was there any errors on the last pull attempt, etc.
