Upgraded to 1.528 and can't create a new job

      I upgraded to 1.528 and when trying to create a new job, all that is displayed is the "Loading" bit and it never actually loads. I have tried this in Firefox, Chrome, and Chromium. I am not seeing any errors in the log file.
