Upgraded to 1.528 and can't create a new job

      I upgraded to 1.528 and when trying to create a new job, all that is displayed is the "Loading" bit and it never actually loads. I have tried this in Firefox, Chrome, and Chromium. I am not seeing any errors in the log file.

          I also cannot configure existing jobs. Same problem with the "loading" page never loading.

          Also happens to me with Jenkins 1.528 on CentOS 6.4, neither existing nor jobs can't be configured. IMHO bug isn't critical but blocker.
