I'm using the Extended E-mail Notification plugin and I have the 'Default
Content' field setup with the text:
"Check console output at $HUDSON_URL/$BUILD_URL to view the results."

According to the documentation (the setup help), the BUILD_URL should be
relative to the $HUDSON_URL. However the email I receive contains:
"Check console output at
http://buildhost:8182//http://buildhost:8182//job/Echo_Ingest_Head/298/ to view
the results."

You can see that the server and port (the HUDSON_URL) are getting repeated in
the BUILD_URL.

My Hudson URL is configured as "http://buildhost:8182/" on Hudson 1.226. I'm
using email-ext 2.1.
