We have setup the security matrix so that only admins are able to use Build Now functionality. Other logged in Users shall only be able to Poll SCM. This is possible with the current security matrix. To be able to Poll SCM you need the build permission. But if you have the build permission, then you can also use Build Now which we wouldn't like. Please add a new permission Poll to the Job section in the security matrix
