show the date/time when a plugin is installed

      Currently you cannot see when a plugin was installed or updated.

      If there are several issues after updating a plugin, it would be great to see when it was installed - so easily dropping back to previous version would be possible.

      Would be great to see as new column in:
      /jenkins/pluginManager/installed
