Copy existing job dialogue suggests maven modules and matrix configurations as valid candidates to copy from

      When creating new job copying an existing one the suggestions contain items like jenkins/org.jenkins-ci.main:jenkins-test-harness. Copying fails nicely.

      The dialogue should suggest TopLevelItems only unlike now when maven modules as well as matrix configurations are suggested.
