      Description

      When adding the email-ext to a newly configure job, the triggers section fills in the recipient list with $PROJECT_DEFAULT_RECIPIENTS. However, this does not resolve at runtime.

            This was a carry over from a merge issue when I changed the way that triggers were done. Will fix ASAP.
