      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create 2 Jenkins jobs: Job1 and Job2
      2. Open /cc.xml. Make sure both jobs are present.
      3. Create new view which includes only Job1.
      4. In general Jenkins settings, set default view to the one you have just created.
      4. Open /cc.xml.

      Expected result:
      Job1 and Job2 are present in cc.xml.

      Actual result:
Only Job1 is present in cc.xml.

Switching default view back to "All" makes Job2 appear in cc.xml list again.

[JENKINS-19639] cc.xml includes job only from default view

I don't think this is a bug, maybe you deliberately want to include only a subset of jobs?

If you have an 'All' view, just access /view/All/cc.xml instead.

Not a defect, as this is provided by the view. Just access the view showing all jobs.
