Produce token-macro parameters

      Parameters defined by "Extended Choice Parameter Plugin" can't be used in other plugins like "Build Name Setter Plugin" because it doesn't use token-macro plugin.
      It would be much powerfull to do so

          Tokens are not produced but Extended Choice plugin use environments variables.
          So you can use the following syntax in Token-cunsumer plugins :
          ${ENV,var="PARAMETER_NAME"}
