Build Periodically Should Include Bi-Weekly as an Option

      I've created a job to copy data for multiple other jobs and want this one to send out a report. I'd like it so that the report is sent every two weeks on Friday at 3 PM to co-inside with our Sprint timeframe.

      I previously had it set to every Friday @ 3 PM so I know that works fine.
