      Jenkins 1.531

After a while (maybe a week of running Jenkins instance), the configure page of project (or the system configure under Manage Jenkins) will get stuck in LOADING.

The symptom seems to be similar to JENKINS-15964, but we checked the server log (jernkins.err.log / jenkins.out.log) and didn't find any exception or warning.

We see an javascript error though in hetero-list.js. This might prevent the browser to continue to render.

      Note:
      1. FF seems to more forgiving. For the same project-configure, if it get stuck with Chrome, it may be loading OK on FF, but only to a certain point. (eg. after 1 week of Jenkins running, configure page on chrome will start to getting stuck in loading, but FF may be able to load ok, for couple more days, then, none of them work).

      2. Rebooting the server seems to help. Once we reboot the server, the configure page usually will load successfully.

So, the sequence is something like:
      a. Everything loads OK for first couple days.
      b. Chrome starts to get stuck. Retry loading the page (refresh) probably solve the problem. That get us couple more days.
      c. Chrome retry doesn't work anymore, but FF still work (with refresh)
      d. Then, none of the Chrome / FF works
      e. Reboot jenkins and repeat the cycle again.

But it's difficult because we have jobs running most of the time day-and-night.
