The default behavior for the build pipeline plugin is to open the Console Output in the lower right corner of a job in a lightbox.

While I'm sure many people enjoy it, I'm often comparing console output versions with other builds and end up in a situation with lightboxes inside of lightboxes.

I'd like the option of having the console output open in this window or a new window. Currently, I have a greasemonkey script that rewrites the span's onclick functionality to be a standard link, but I'd like to get rid of that in favor of something built into the plugin.

In the pipeline configuration page I'd like to be able to select if the console output opens in lightbox, new window, or this window. I think the default should remain "lightbox," since that's the current behavior.
