On Windows:

• Create a new Folder_X
• Move a job to Folder_X
• On the Jenkins host, open an Explorer window and navigate into the Folder_X\jobs directory
• Rename Folder_X to Folder_Y (using the Jenkins GUI)

The result is that the Folder_X directory is deleted and the Folder_Y directory is not created, resulting in the loss of the folder and its jobs. Only reproducible when the directory is open in Explorer.
