          Yes, I've discovered this while working on that plugin. I got it to test properly by going back a version.

          I really didn't know where to classify this defect (component or section) It appeared to be the right "context" when selecting from the list.

          I didn't realize test-stability is a specific plugin onto itself. I will take a look at what it's about. :->

          Sorry for any confusion. Could you please reclassify for me, or please feel free to move to the right place (core ?).

          When you think this is some bug in Jenkins core, this needs to be assigned to the 'core' component.
          Also, I added the ironmq-notifier component, as the error is happening in that context

          Checked current build status. This error appeared transient or has been fixed with recent changes to Jenkins build server.
          Cannot currently reproduce.
