Jenkins Proxy connection settings - Nice to have a "Test" button on the page.

      This can be a quick / nice enhancement.

      On Jenkins Setting > Manage Plugins > Under Advanced tab: For Proxy settings, there's no "Test" Proxy connection button (like we have Submit button).

      Also, ? help can provide some examples for proxy name too.
