rvm plugin not being build from official github sources

      The current version of the rvm plugin available for installation in Jenkins is 0.4.

      But the code of this version differs from the one in the official github repository
      https://github.com/jenkinsci/rvm-plugin
      which is still at 0.3 and which is linked from the official Jenkins Wiki page
      https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/RVM+Plugin

      It looks like the code used for building the plugin has been from this forked repository
      https://github.com/Moove-it/rvm-plugin

          Given that there are issues with the plugin at the moment, it would seem wise to address this first

          There was a PR (https://github.com/jenkinsci/rvm-plugin/pull/8) that was from Moove-it/rvm-plugin, and the PR has been merged in jenkinsci/rvm-plugin. So, I will close this issue.

          For other issues that Iain Reddick mentioned, I think that I have assigned some of them to me and I will look for them.
