Let the user define which axis to use for sorting

      Using the matrix sorter plugin at the moment it is only possible to sort by the last axis.
      The problem is that the "last axis" seems to always be the one with the most values (JENKINS-20294). Changing the axis order in the job configuration seems to have no effect.
      What about letting the user define which axis to sort by. Perhaps even let the user define multiple axes to sort by.
