I would like to propose a new feature, which would allow to simply duplicate an existing configuration and save it under a new name and you can apply a regexp replace action on it to modify some values.

The use case:
We use the config file provider to store configurations for around 50 jobs running against a specific branch. The config file contains parameters for a lot of databases which are used for testing.
When we create a new product branch, we have to duplicate all config files from the old branch and increase the values inside them to gain the ability for concurrent builds of the different branches.

This would be simplified by this features.
