      Description

Running XShell 0.9 (snapshot) I have found a regression where the commands are executed from the top level workspace directory instead of the subdirectory (when specified).

I suspect this is fallout from: https://github.com/jenkinsci/xshell-plugin/commit/8d0afa98ba479317709e89512f59f4aca827243f

In my case I'm using the Mercurial SCM plugin, and specifying a subdirectory. This works with 0.8 but we need to use 0.9 because of the fix in https://github.com/jenkinsci/xshell-plugin/commit/a13e7996f0958890da99d1821a2f3782e60c2850
