Disallow saving config if "Use custom workspace" is checked, but directory left blank

      This is a nit, but it'd be nice if an invalid configuration could not be saved. Right now, builds will fail if the
      developer chooses Use Custom workspace, but fails to enter in a directory (by accident).

          This would prevent anyone from using a custom workspace path that doesn't get created until some step in the job executes.
