The concept of Author in the Change Log seems to be incorrect.
The used 'si revisioninfo' command retrieves the author of the revision, instead of the author of the change.
Use case:
A member has 2 revisions, 1.1 authored by A and 1.2 authored by B.
Now developer C comes along and updates the member revision back to 1.1.
The Change Log shows that A failed the build with rev 1.1.
