cannot do si command through windows service

      windows 2008 R2,jenkins 1.536, mks2009,java,ant

      while running jenkins through batch file, i was able to run si commands successfully and executed builds.but i got errors,related to mks connection, while i ran jenkins as windows service. i attached errors screenshot.
