Not all existing defects from the integrity manager are shown, as there is some max limit set (apparently 100 in 1.2.7). Though this seems to improve with commit 7719e16, it to does not seem like a good idea to set some arbitrary number for this without notifying the user or doing so at all - it took me a while to find this.
