Investigate the api further to determine which users took the build from stable
to unstable or broken, and modify the JNLP file to provide the username in the
launch. This way each developer will have their own Tray Application, and they
will not only be warned when the build worsens or improves, but if they were
part of the changeset that broke the build, then they should be notified.
This can be extended further to have a "do not nag" button where the popups
don't show unless you broke or repaired a build, and this would be left as is
for "managers" who like to be kept informed of the overall status of the build
whilst they're "working".
