Clicking on the "Build Now" link or the "Schedule a build" button in the view brings up the message:

"You must use POST method to trigger builds. (From scripts you may instead pass a per-project authentication token, or authenticate with your API token.) If you see this page, it may be because a plugin offered a GET link; file a bug report for that plugin."

This page has a "Proceed" button, if clicked, seems to build normal but brings to a blank page.

I have seen other tickets for this but it seems to say it was fixed in 1.509 and we are on 1.530. Not sure if this is plugin related or even what plugin it would be.
