CR: Please provide information when Log Parser is running to parse console log

      Hi,

      In the end of the build, While Log Parser is running to parse the console log, Please provide some information saying that log parser is running.

      Like, Compiler warnings plugin says like this.
      [WARNINGS] Parsing warnings in console log with parser GNU Make + GNU C Compiler (gcc)

      Because our build log is huge in size , Log parser takes ~10 min of a time to complete parsing.
      Some time, our developers have no clue that log parser is running or no.

      So providing info like this could help,

      [Console Log Parser] Parsing console log with "<user_specifide_parser_file>"
