      Would be nice to see what caused a start of a pipeline.
      SCM change, someone pushed the "Build now" button, or upstream job?

          Thanks to a contribution from Gustav Rånby, this issue is now fixed.
          Pipeline header will now include a start cause and contributors are removed from the header. Use show changes to see both changes and who contributed to the pipeline instance.
