jclouds plugin leaving slaves that cannot be deleted

      When creating jclouds slaves from rackspace, in Jenkins the slaves stay there (offline) & cannot be removed.

      When selecting "Delete Slave", the slaves get a "X" against them in the nodes list classed as "offline", but they are never removed from the list.
