Retroactively filing https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/commit/6586d779b1652ac91c20e2bb11f8915d1e36beea for potential backport to LTS. Seems harmless but can be alarming, and is thrown even for a hello-world plugin with an empty functional test.
