Allow managed scripts to be called from a post build task

      The managed scripts can be called as build task, but not as post build task.

          Sorry I forgot about this. I haven't worked on this for a while.
          But here is what I did.
          https://github.com/domruf/managed-scripts-plugin/tree/trigger_n_postbuild

          This also allows you to use script triggers.
