When using a SCM plugin that has CDATA inside the xml the multi-scm changelog becomes invalid xml. Any data inside the multi-scm changelog should be xml escaped prior to writing it to the file. Also when the file is split the data should be un-escaped so that it is valid for the child SCM plugin. A good example of this issue is the integrity plugin
