The builds that appear in the Run Parameter selection box have a few limited filtering options (All, Completed, Successful, Stable). A natural extension to this would be to add the option for Promoted builds as this is a frequent attribute used to select 'good from bad' builds. Linked to JENKINS-7280, JENKINS-21243
