My jenkins crashed for once and now some options have gone missing

      Windows 7.
      Installed via war file as a windows service. Run son localhost

      I was working on Enable global security feature , i checked "logged in user can do anything & save " when the following error appeared & some of the option gone missing from the main Jenkins dashboard. Like after that "Manage Jenkins" option disappeared.
      Inside any job "Build now" etc options disappeared.

      The error that i got is attached in the file
