ThinBackup throws error in Jenkins Plugin Manager

      With this configuration, when going to Jenkins Plugin Manager, when looking at the ThinBackup plugin, in the uninstall section, I'm getting the same error as in tickets

      https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-20194

      However, I don't have the option of removing the testswarm plugin.
