Xcode Plugin does not override code signing and provision settings

      Hi,

      Thanks for the plugin. It saved me much time.

      However, when I get an Xcode Project with code signing and provision settings entered the plugin can not override the settings which I set through plugin. When the settings are empty in Xcode project it works fine.
