My Jenkins instance hold about 3000 jobs and a huge number of views to organize them.

Whenever a is stopped for a long time, we shelve the Jenkins jobs but the views themselves, which also contain extensive configuration remain behind.

So, as a user, I would like to be able to shelve views as well.
