SCM sync commits its own checkout

      The default include mask is */jobs//config.xml, and that matches scm-sync-configuration/checkoutConfiguration/jobs/$PROJECT/config.xml to, so scm sync commits files from its own checkout.

      It should exclude whatever its own working directory are.
