The plugin works perfectly when executing the analysis phase and committing the defects. However, when it attempts to fetch the defects from the stream in order to update the Jenkins build page, it fails with a "HTTP status code 503: Service Unavailable." Is there a change in the Web Services API that the plugin does not support?
