One thing that I noticed is that the explicit path for SVN does not appear to be
persisted anywhere. I can change it w/ the management console, but the new value
only lives for the life of my app. Once I stop and start Hudson it loses track
of the setting. I've searched through the HUDSON_HOME looking for anything it
saved and I haven't found anything that references svn with a simple
case-insensitive grep.
