Jobs activated by the "Promoted Builds" plugin are not visible in the dash.
There is already a issued at Google Code regarding this: https://code.google.com/p/build-pipeline-plugin/issues/detail?id=80

IMHO a fix is important because many have to set up their pipeline this approval steps.
