one job configuration change results in three Job Config History entries

      Every time I make a configuration change to a job, I get three entries in the Job Config History view:

      1. removal of the config for disk-usage plugin
      2. actual change I made
      3. addition of the config of disk-usage again

      The removed and re-added line looks like this:

          <hudson.plugins.disk__usage.DiskUsageProperty plugin="disk-usage@0.23"/>

      Expected: 1. and 3. should not happen..

      EDIT:
      I have now also seen a case where 1. and 2. are combined into one change, and 3. is the second change.
