After each build, we automatically deploy the code to a dev integration
environment. The deployment fails every couple of days due to Java PermGen
issues. The deploy plugin successfully sets the hudson build status to failed,
but we do not get an e-mail stating the the build has failed. The first e-mail
we get is from the build after we restart Tomcat, informing us that the build is
fixed.

I have moved to email-ext, in the hopes that doing so would allow me to receive
an e-mail for all failures, but I still do not appear to be receiving e-mails
for builds that fail in Post-build actions.
