CopyProjectLink plugin: does not copy SVN configuration if configured w/ key

      On centos

      We have projects configured pulling from SVN, configured to use a key for authentication. Under the project there are 2 relevant files

      subversion.credentials
      svnexternals.txt

      When we "copy project" these 2 files are NOT copied w/ the project and we have to manually go copy them
