Cannot save a job after a Choice parameter is deleted

      Under Jenkins 1.556, after making changes to the configuration of a job that involve deleting a "choice parameter" in a parameterized build, it is not possible to save the job.

          This seems to only happen under Chrome. With firefox, I am able to save.

          I am seeing this problem as well using Jenkins 1.555 for both Chrome and IE.

          I have also been able to use Firefox to work around this problem.

          Another work around is to delete the choice from the config.xml file and then reload the config.

          xiaopan3322: What commit fixed this? I haven't found anything.

          Also, JENKINS-22485 and JENKINS-22512 seem to be the same issue.
