The Links for the disk-usage plugin are missing a "plugin" String in the Path

      RHEL 6.4, Jenkins 1.559, disk-usage 0.23

      In our environment we are using a prefix for the Webapp (I only mention this, because I dont know if the problem occurs only with a prefix enabled).

      The links/paths generated are not correct, they dont contain "plugin".

      Example:
      https://myserver/jenkins10prefix/disk-usage/ does not work.

      Corrected path:
      https://myserver/jenkins10prefix/plugin/disk-usage/ does work.

      It seems that all of the links for the disk-usage plugin in Jenkins are not correct.
