LTS version is notifying of new non-LTS releases

      Running Jenkins LTS, I recently upgraded to 1.532.3 from 1.532.1. Now, when I go to "Manage Jenkins", where it would normally notify me of new LTS releses, is now notifying me of 1.561 (non-LTS) release.

      This makes it impossible to know when I have a pending LTS upgrade.
